  • Dimitri Egan has been a soccer athlete throughout the entirety of his life, participating in competitive club soccer as a young boy, and has continued to stay involved in the sport into and throughout adulthood. As a father of three young men, Dimitri has been coaching not only his three sons, but has dedicated his time to coaching youth soccer and competitive club soccer for over 15 years. As a mental health professional and executive director of a local non-profit mental health organization, Dimitri has been able to join his passion for service with his deep love of soccer. In integrating these two loves of his life, Dimitri is committed to transmitting the ‘art of soccer’ to his Condors club team and players. He is dedicated to offering players elite soccer training as well as the opportunity to participate in highly competitive soccer competitions; supporting their growth as athletes and budding young men. His coaching philosophy encourages and supports his players in striving to become strong athletes and positive leaders as they grow to become young men. Through hard work, dedication and commitment, and practicing leadership and partnership skills within a club team, Dimitri believes his Condors players can not only develop positive and productive purpose on the pitch, but these skills and attributes can serve them positively in school and life off the pitch. When Dimitri isn’t working with his non-profit mental health organization or coaching his Condors team, he enjoys time on the central coast with his family, three sons, and wife and life partner.
