Condors Girls 2008
The Central Coast Condors G08 team is composed of girls with the birth year of 2008. Practices are held in the in the Five Cities on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
As a fourth year team, we are competing in division 2 in the Coast Soccer League. The goal for the fall 2022 season is to win league, and push our team to the next level of competition.

Aaron Barker
COACH
I’ve been coaching youth soccer for eight years. The last four years I’ve coached the girls 2008 Condors club team with coach Manny.
I grew up playing competitive soccer through High School, and as an adult I’ve played in various rec leagues. I love all outdoor activities, but mountain biking is my favorite activity. I am co-owner of a local business Voler, that makes cycling apparel in Grover Beach.
My coaching philosophy is simple, I want the girls to progress in their soccer skills, build friendships, and have a positive experience with playing the sport, so they can be lifelong athletes.

Manuel Mendoza
COACH
I grew up in the 5 Cities, and always found soccer to be a safe place to belong as a youth. I’ve coached youth soccer over the last decade, and had the privilege to be the assistant coach for AG High girls JV team. I was very involved in 5 Cities AYSO for many years, and coached many All Star teams, and was a board member.
I reside in Grover Beach, and work in SLO for a plumbing supply company. I love all things soccer, and am always down to help serve my local soccer community.

Jon Machado
MANAGER
I have been coaching / assistant coaching / managing youth soccer for 10 years. I coached and assisted with AYSO and have been managing the Condors team for 4 years.
A Life long resident of Arroyo Grande. I recently transitioned from a 35 year career in banking to Real Estate sales, development, investment and mortgage origination. My family and I enjoy cycling and boating.
