Condors Girls 2011

The Central Coast Condors G11 team is composed of girls with the birth year of 2011. Practices are held in the in the Five Cities on Wednesday and Fridays.

Head Coach Stacie Lager started playing soccer in AYSO at 5 years old. She joined a club team in the central valley around 12 years old and played through high school.  As much as Stacyieenjoyed soccer as a player, she developed a new love for the sport as a coach. 

Her coaching career started coaching in Five Cities AYSO in 2013 when her son was 4 years old. She has since coached from playground through 12U, girls’ and boys’ teams - including several seasons of both, and two years of All-Stars.

 Stacie’s coaching philosophies are focused on player development, sportsmanship and fun.  For player development, I challenge my players to try new skills, learn new things and build their confidence. She also believe it’s important to not only train on physical and technical skills but also knowledge of the game.  If a player understands the rules of the game, they can have better control of the field.  Good sportsmanship is a non-negotiable, both on and off the field, towards our teammates, sidelines, opponents and officials.
